Brewed-Together-Coco-Mango-2

It has finally begun to feel like summer is close now that Oklahoma weather has consistently been in the 70’s and above. Since I had to wear sunscreen (for the first time this year) over the weekend, I feel we have arrived in the wonderful season filled with sandals, sun screen, and snow cones. This smoothie recipe is based off of a snow cone flavor I had over the weekend: half coconut and half mango. After tasting the wonderful combination, I knew that the next smoothie I made would be based off that. So here is my first attempt…

Ingredients
2 Mangos
2 Oranges
1/2 of a Pineapple
1 c. Coconut water
1 Tbsp. Coconut butter
Brewed-Together-Coco-Mango-4
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a VitaMix or blender and blend until smooth. In this smoothie, the coconut water adds a little extra summer flavor and natural electrolytes which help replenish your body after being out in the heat. Also the coconut water will give the smoothie a thinner consistency. This is one of our favorites to date! It’s sweet, smooth, and perfect for summer!

    This recipe sounds absolutely amazing. I make a similar one for my kids in he summer and they love it.
