With berries showing up at the markets much more recently, I decided to grab a bunch last week for us to add to yogurt or just to snack on. With the remaining berries, I was excited to put together this Apple Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe for your all as a healthy option for summer recipes. This delicious apple berry blast smoothie makes a refreshing and festive way to start your week off! Another great way to enjoy your smoothie a little longer is to freeze it in some tupperware to enjoy later.
1 c. Blueberries
1 c. Raspberries
1/4 c. Coconut water
Chop apples into quarters and combine all ingredients into a VitaMix or blender and mix until smooth. Tip: Place the apples in first to make sure they get blended completely.
