For the past couple of weeks I have been craving berries and I can’t get enough of them! So after eating breakfast which was old-fashioned rolled oats and blueberries I decided to top it off with a smoothie. I didn’t really have a plan in mind just that it needed to have berries in it…and the more berries the better. π
Ingredients
1 c. Blueberries
1 c. Blackberries
1 c. Strawberries
1 Banana
1/4 c. Yogurt
1/2 c. Coconut Water
1. Place everything into a blender and mix until the smoothie has a smooth/creamy texture.

April 1, 2013 at 1:05 pm (8 years ago)Yum! My friend introduced me to coconut water and by itself, I don’t love the flavor. But I bet in a smoothie it’s delicious!
