We are excited to partner today again with Enjoy Flowers to share how to create a DIY Tape Fresh Flower Wall using a fresh bouquet of delivery flowers. If you haven’t seen yet, we recently posted about How to Properly Prepare a Fresh Bouquet of Flowers with Enjoy Flowers also. We have absolutely loved working with this company because:
1. We love filling our home with fresh flowers.
2. The packaging for the delivery flowers is wonderful and comes with instructions on how to care for your flowers. It even has a cup with water and garden foam to keep your flowers fed while being shipped in the box.
3. These flowers last a long time!
We have a small confession to make. February has been a month of sickness for us and we have not necessarily been able to keep up at our normal pace. In fact we’ve just been trying to stay alive. (Luckily we are all recovered now finally). It was nice to receive flowers as we prepared for this post, however we did not have the energy to put it together as soon as they arrived since we were all so sick. The flowers were able to stay in the box and fresh water for an extra week. We definitely don’t recommend doing this if you are looking for the top quality out of your delivery flowers every time. However it is nice to know that there is less pressure to get them into a vase as soon as your flowers arrive. As we write this post today, we have a jar of flowers that were leftover from our wall that are still fresh. Needless to say, we have been thoroughly impressed with the Enjoy Flowers service and quality. As a side note, we also did some shopping around online for other delivery flowers to send on Valentine’s day and noticed that Enjoy Flowers were almost more affordable than comparable delivery flower services. We normally don’t try to sell anything here, but we will just mention that if you are doing delivery, these are amazing!
If you’d like to know the specifics about Enjoy Flowers, they are a wonderful flower subscription service that delivers long-lasting fresh flowers once or twice a month to your door. You can order the flowers directly from their local farm located in Colombia to our doorstep within 4 days, which makes these last days longer than store-bought flowers, which on average spend 8-14 days traveling.
If you are interested in this flower subscription service, you simply choose the kind of flowers you like, whether that is vase-ready fresh bouquets or loose stems you can arrange on your own. Next you choose your size by selecting how many stems to receive with each delivery (based on how you want to enjoy your flowers). Finish your subscription by choosing how often: your delivery frequency can be once a month or every two weeks.
We’re offering a special promo today in partnership with Enjoy Flowers: Take 7% off any pre-paid subscription when you use the offer code: BREWED2. We hope you’ll share the love and send a subscription to someone to brighten their day, month, or year!
Today we’re excited to share our DIY Tape Fresh Flower Wall with you all because we love to party. And what makes for great parties better than fresh flowers? We love the idea of incorporating these as a fun backdrop for any party, event, or photo back drop. Below are steps we’re sharing today on how you can create your own DIY Tape Fresh Flower Wall.
Materials You Will Need for DIY Tape Fresh Flower Wall:
Fresh Delivery Flowers
Painters Tape (specifically this kind so that you don’t ruin your walls – although we don’t make any guarantees.)
Step 1: Cut and prepare your fresh delivery flowers once they arrive and put them into a vase using your garden sheers.
Step 2: Cut each main stem to your liking and dry off the stems with your paper towel (so that the flowers are not getting your walls too wet). Maybe even trim off some of the extra stems of these flowers to place elsewhere on your wall once you are finished.
Step 3: Hang your main stems on the wall where you’d like to see a line of them and tape into place using your painters tape. Continue step 2 and 3 until you have a vertical row of flowers on the wall.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for your additional rows of flowers.
Step 5: Add any finishing touches by placing some of the extra flower stems in bare spots where flowers are missing and tape into place.
Step 6: Enjoy your DIY Tape Fresh Flower Wall!
