This past weekend I was feeling a little ‘under the weather.’ And with an exciting week coming up for our first time to Alt Summit, I want to be in great form. I decided to juice this weekend and boost my immune system into overdrive. This smoothie is your basic Piña Colada, but with a spiralina twist. That’s what gives it the St. Paddy’s day green color.
3 c. Pineapple (Chopped)
1/3 c. Coconut Butter
2 tbsp. Spiralina
Step 1: Place ingredients in a blender or vitamix and blend until smooth. (Tip: I usually place the spiralina and coconut butter in between layers of fruit. I have found this prevents them from sticking to the side of the blender in clumps). Enjoy!
